Abstracts could only be submitted via abstract submission form below.
Guidelines for Submission
The abstract format is recommended as an unstructured text.
Abstract cannot exceed a limit of 200 words (excluding title, authors and affiliations).
Title clearly reflecting the essence of the researched problem
Authors of the abstracts - names without academic titles, first name given as an initial
Authors’ affiliations
Email address of the presenting author
Standard abbreviations do not need explanation. Otherwise abbreviations must be defined in brackets after when first used in the text.
If changes are necessary to your submitted abstract, please contact us at the above email address at any time before the deadline. Please do not resubmit the abstract.
Presentation form is not guaranteed; the final decision will be made by the scientific committee.
Authors will be notified of the acceptance/rejection of their abstract via email by May 11, 2026.
Author's Registration
Please note that registration of the presenting author is mandatory. The deadline for the presenting author's registration and payment of a registration fee is June 15, 2026.
If the presenting author has not registered and has not completed the payment of the registration fee by this date, the presentation may be withdrawn from the program.

Publication of Abstracts
The authors of submitted abstracts agree with distribution of their abstracts to all participants at the conference.
